Concept Artist and illustrator currently based in Sweden working at Coffee Stain Studios.
I have a Bachelors degree in Game Art after studying for three years and the University of Skövde. During my education I worked with both 2D and 3D art as well as storyboarding and animation. I also learned a lot about the origins of game development and the culture around it. I participated in several successful school projects both for my education and outside of school hours. During these projects I learned how to work well within a group of creative people with different sets of skill as well as working with different parts of game development.
During my education I was a part of the development of Bloodline Champions by Stunlock Studios. During this time I worked as a texture artists for both characters and environments. Shortly after this I joined Coffee Stain Studios where I have worked for about two years full time as a 2D artist for the game Sanctum 2. I am well experienced working with a large group of people including animators, 3D artists, game designers and programmers.
I have several years of experience working freelance with illustrations for game companies as well as magazines. I have brief experience with toy design and illustrations for fantasy pen & paper RPG's. I have also run a web shop where I sold handmade products such as traditional paintings and textile art. I have worked for years selling commissioned artwork for people who want character designs, portraits or illustrations for novels and book covers.
